Unmarked erroneous assembly noticed due to data analysis at machine factory
A customer replaced an old injection molding machine with a new one aiming to reduce energy consumption.
During regular data analysis, a spike in consumption was identified. Local investigation revealed that the contractor had incorrectly performed the assembly, resulting in energy consumption being five times higher.
